My BB stores emails for about 30 days on the phone, but I need to go back and retrieve emails that I received/sent further back than 30 days. Is there a way to go back further to get older emails?

do an advanced search and you can pull up anything on the server by selecting the search type as remote. You can also use this to pull up your inbox (select remote and the inbox folder). By default the search will pull down 20 messages (you can tell it to get more too from the BB menu), likewise from the BB menu you can do add all to download the messages to your device inbox.

If your email account is a corporate one or webmail such as Google or yahoo just go to their website.

If the email account is a carriers own blackberry one then I believe they are lost if you have your device set to delete them.
