This means that your connection to your PC with the USB cable is bad. Try another cable?
Reboot your PC? Reboot your phone? Sometimes all it takes is a reboot. It can't load a software if the connection is not constant.

thanks for quick reply it was every thing ok i was just updating it new version of firmware now its my bb9900 showing error 507 reload s/w i have treid also in laptop but geting same error

507 means it needs an OS. Did you download one to your PC and install it to the PC? Then connect your phone and run the loader.exe

i have done many time before other BB models like 9780 9790 nd its works well but i have 1st time on 9900 blackberry
yes i have instaled on pc firmware delet vendor.xml file then run loader
but getting matter on it...

I suggest removing all OS, and bbdm from pc, delete all in the shared folder where the os resides.

Run ccleaner, reboot your pc, reinstall everything. Re do everything again.

i have done every thing plz another way tell me
when insert my cell phone in pc that time phone gives to time sound of usb conection wehn i rul loader.exe after pressing next loading jvm that time in 1 seconds mobile goes restart

Try this:

Prepare your command line with the command
Loader /nojvm

Attach your device via USB and remove the battery.

Insert the battery and as soon as the red LED is on, press enter (be ready and fast!) on the PC keyboard to run loader and install the OS.

thanks for help my dear but one thing tell me when i start apploader.exe for updating os after one step then press finish for 2nd step my phone goes suddenly disconnect from pc during this proces phone goes continue on nd off give usb plug nd unplug sound nd the finely its give error then mobile comes back same position 507

just tell me why happen this why does not start jvm loading process because mobile goes disconnect suddenly wehn i press for next updating Os ?

I don't know why it happens. You you have seen JVM 507 or you encounter a reboot loop your OS is corrupted and the ONLY way of recover from this situation is to follow my guide.

Which part of the steps are you not sure about?

NB: The path to loader.exe might be a bit different if you are on a 64bit Windows or using a non-English version.
