it does slightly to me, but i think its just an illusion. the phone is leaning slightly to the right as it is, but it looks like the track pad is Parallel to the squareness of the picture. but its rounded edges make it hard to be sure.

pretty much all of the bold 9650s are crooked so it wouldn't surprise me. If I were RIM I would immediately fire the manufacturing company for that kind of workmanship. Inexcusable in my opinion.
