    Hello,

    After connecting bold 9900 to desktop manager to install email setup which wasn't working, everything else was fine but all ringtones and alerts had completely vanished, now there is just one horrible tone for everything!

    I have tried battery pull, restoring to the back up just before the email setup was installed, security wipe...everything!

    It's my mums phone and I really have run out of ideas!

    Why did you hook it to a computer to setup email?
