[Mr Magorium]

I am using verizon wireless with a blackberry 9930 software version 7.1.0 Bundle 2123. When I use pingo ez dial, the application opens loads and gets are far as 11%. I hear the lady say "Pingo" but the number does not dial. After that there is a pause, while the screen is still stuck on 11% progress the pingo lady says if please enter the country code and number you want to dial. I cant reach past this point. I have uninstalled ez dial and reinstalled it with the same results. When I cancel the call, the progress indicator does not close. In order for me to get the progress indicator off the screen I need to perform a hard boot. Any Ideas?
