Hi, In my 9900 in Media/Pictures... it says Camera Pictures & Picture Library. I am assuming the media card is camera pictures. Also it is the location where my camera pictures go by default. Am I right?

I am attempting to transfer all pictures from the phone's memory to the memory card for safe keeping.

By default, the images are stored on the device, because someone may not install a Micro SD card. Once you have that set, it would be wise to either do a transfer or backup of your docs/music/images so you don't lose them by accident or device issues....
Another way is to just connect your device to your pc, and let it map, and the device should come up as a "Z" drive, and you can just drag/drop your docs etc to where you want (Micro SD card)...

Hi Carl, thanks for replying. I believe I have all my pictures in a folder from the 9900 on my pc. So, Guess I can remove the sd card from the phone and drag/drop them on to my sd card via the pc? Also, to free up memory...After done can I delete the pictures from the phones memory? Maybe do a full backup with desk top mgr. first.
