Hi Everyone,

Yesterday my phone was working fine, it was a little low on battery - but not enough to completely shut down. i looked at my phone in the evening and it would turn on! (no flashing red light or anything!!) i charged it up all night hoping it would work in the morning. But no luck! i have tried plugging it into my laptop using the USB cord, but my laptop won't even notice it's been plugged in. i have tried my charger on a different blackberry and it works perfectly! Any answers? thanks

Have you tried hooking it up to blackberry desktop ? Try that first to see if it sees your device.

Yeah, i've tried that, but it still doesn't recognise it! Thanks anywyay though

Right my friend hopefully this will work take the battery out run desktop manager and then connect it to your computer without. The battery in let me know what it says

Yep - took the battery out, run the blackberry software, plugged the phone in using USB, and nothing happened!

Hmm :/ post this in other forums aswell you may get more ansers my friend sorry it didn't work

try power cycling the blackberry with a wall charger; 2 hours charge 15 mins off, repeat and if that doesnt work then try your battery in another bb see if its working
