I'm looking to be a bit cost effective and use my old micro usb charger from my Tour 9630 at work.

Does anyone know of any issues this would cause being they are basically the same charger for the 9930 just a different build design?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I dont see why not. I dont keep track what micro usb charger went to what phone. If it fits it works. Bluetooth chargers being one exception, there may be others.
