My friend knocked my phone (9900) on the ground at a gig last week and the screen now has a line and black spatters/haze on it. The glass bit of the screen is actually unscathed.

Presumably, i need the LCD and not just the digitizer? Which is annoying, being much more expensive.

Don't really know too much about this though, so thought i'd check?

Took it apart today and need 001 version, so that's easy enough.

i would buy the whole assembly just to make sure there are not issues, but yes just the lcd will do
