Parental Controls on my 9930 is giving me this error:

"You cannot use Parental Controls on your BlackBerry device. Parental Controls is not compatible with devices that use a BlackBerry Enterprise Server."

The device recently had the OS reloaded and is running with service and BIS. Can't seem to figure out what the cause is.

Sounds like it has the BES service books on it. You might want to look at this KB05010-How to clear and refresh the service book database if the BlackBerry smartphone is unable to send or receive data.

Thanks for the KB article. I will give it a try later and report back if it works. The phone still receives emails like any other BB on BIS. Just the parental controls doesn't work.
