You can install a later build from any carrier, download the latest from the threads for your phone, run vendelete to get rid of the vendor files, then connect you phone and the build should show available. Make sure to back up you phone first.
-
ok how do i do that? =] and i dunno if i wanna back up or not just incase it happens again :/

A backup is a copy of the contents of your phone, you do that so that if you have problems with upgrade, then you can restore from the backup (copy of what you have now) so you don't lose anything.
A guide on how to upgrade is here

it wont brick my phhone will it as ive read on one of the newest it bricked there phone :S
-
No, it's not gonna brick your phone.
If you follow these (really simple and straight forward) instructions you'll have no issues at all.
-
Go to YouTube. There are plenty of "How To" Downgrading or Upgrading operating systems.

If you're new to OS Upgrades / Downgrades, then you can follow the instruction listed here: http://forums.crackberry.com/tips-ho...ocedure-53359/
You need to go to Apploader folder on your computer to delete the vendor.xml file if you're installing an OS from a different vendor.
