My 9930 went through an update. Now the networks and connections function won't open, and the "wrench" setup icon has disappeared. Has anyone else had this problem and do you have a solution?

You may have to wipe and reload.

The update loaded automatically last night, no help on my part. I pulled the battery, and that didn't help. How do you do a wipe, through the desktop manager?

Was this update Over The Air & are you on Verizon. Only reason I ask is that there have been some post of folks having issue after an OS update.

Do a wipe using either BBASK or BBtool Then use BlackBerry Desktop Manager to load the OS.

Try a manual download of the OS using this link from Blackberry: http://us.blackberry.com/support/app...oad-sites.html

Use the Desktop manager after downloading OS file and installing it on the computer.
