7.1 is WAY better than 7.0 on my 9900. The phone is faster, battery lasts a LOT longer, speed is improved, and free memory is improved. Not to mention I can finally take advantage of the 14.4MBPS modem in this prone with Wi-Fi hotspotting. Crazy fast! I recommend it totally!
