OS 7.1 Bundle 2108 Update erased all my stock Alerts & Tones

Hi all,
I recently upgraded my bb 9900 OS bundle to 2108 and everything went well.
However it has left me without the stock message and call tones & alerts that are usually pre-loaded onto the phone.

Can anyone help with this?

could of been a bad install.. wipe device and reload os

Did you shrink the OS?

You can perform a selective restore of "Sounds" from a previous back up as well.

That will restore your profile sound settings, but will not install any missing sounds. Those will have to be installed separately.

I thought that's what the OP meant when mentioning "call tones & alerts".

make sure you backup thru desktop manager your contacts and things you may want

Sounds like the phone was reset to defaults during the re-install and your ringtones etc where on the phone not the memory card.

Restore your data and copy the sounds back and it should just work.
