One of my account executive is always complaining that older emails are getting automatically deleted from the Blackberry. We have a BB server inhouse and we use Lotus Domino. I have to assume that he is reaching the limit of available space to hold emails. How can I tell when the emails are about to be purged? is there a setting that I could look at on the BB and the BES?

Not sure if you did this, but in messages options, at the bottom where it says Days to Keep Messages, make it forever and it should be fine. I'm pretty sure he has a tonne of free memory left.

To check available memory, go in the main options menu and type "mem" then go in Storage. It tells me I have 183.1MB
