I have looked and have no answer. Why can I not send myself emails from my gmail account? Or why can I not forward email from gmail to gmail to myself???
My wife forwarded an email at 7am and I just check email on computer and it was there but never got it on my phone???

That's the way it works. You cannot send an email to yourself with GMail on a BlackBerry.

Use a secondary email address.

Sorry, I'm still not buying it. It seems completely ridiculous that if I copy myself on gmail, it never hits my messages. Still makes the notification sound though.

This is so stupid. I copy myself all the time on work emails and those hit my inbox just fine. So do my comcast and edu accounts.
