I got a new sim card today at work but when it's on it goes straight to the Blackberry ID Sign in screen, even though I'm entering the correct details (I checked on the webpage), it comes up with the message 'Unable to log in to your Blackberry ID account'!? I can't get to the home screen or do anything which, is freaking me out because that's the only alarm I have for work tomorrow and I didn't bring my laptop charger home. Some forums are suggesting wiping the phone which I'm not bothered about but will that mean I can't re-set the same email account to the phone? It's a work mobile so it has to be linked to my email account. Can anyone help?
