hi guys, i recently bought a blackberry 9900 from ebay and trying to update to the latest os but an error comes up.
I downloaded the latest os and installed and deleted both vendor.xml files. I open DM and select update and then update device but an error comes up saying that this update includes new functions and improvements and can only be availabel for those who have an active subscription on blackberry. (dont know if its important but was faulty in the uk)...thanks a lot

You do have an active BIS account?

If you don't have an active BIS plan, then you need to use the AppLoader (loader.exe) instead of the BlackBerry Desktop software to update the device OS.

with the 9700 i had, i was updating succesfully without an active bis account with DM...anyway tow to update with uploder cause when i run loader.exe i press two times the "next button" and then its finished within secontds...any help please....thanks in advance
