Hey folks I'm having issues linking my msn.com account to my 9900. It says activation request failed. A service connection is unavailable. It is hooked up to wifi. Not sure what's going on thanks for any help.

Hi there, my main accounts on the z10, 9900 and note 3 are all MSN. Com email. Are you on Blackberry internet service with your carrier?

Not sure what you mean. I have a standard smart phone plan with my carrier. The device is hooked to wifi. It does ask to activate your enterprise account, enter details provided by your system administrator in the fields below. Thanks for any help.

You need BlackBerry Internet Service active on your sim to be able to sync etc... Otherwise you can receive emails using logicmail
