I have been using bb for awhile now. Pearl, 8820, Bold 9000, 9800,9810 and I wanted a physical change so I just picked up the 9900. The Torch 2 was a great phone but the sexiness of the bold kept haunting me. I picked it up last night, and I am just installing the latest OS leak and apps so I do not really have much to report (after all the speed should be identical).

The only difference I have seen, and expect to see is the camera on the 9810 is much better since it has auto focus. I can live with that, and I am super excited to use my master card with nfc once it is ready

I've tried them all and always went back to the Bold form factor. I'm using a 9000 and a 9930. Enjoy it!!

It might take a relatively long time before NFC Payment is available (Need wallet app + All Parties Happy With Their Part Of The Pie), but NFC P2P (Peer 2 Peer) is around the corner (if we can rely on what RIM is saying).

P2P and Read/Write modes of NFC have some neat use cases.

I've had the 9810 now since a day after launch after having the 9800 for a year and a 9000 before that. I finally got to play with a 9930 today at a vzw kiosk, and I'm thinking I'm gonna have to shuffle some cash around and get the 9900 when it drops on at&t. That is one freakin' nice phone.

So far here are the differences I have found and its obvious lol.

The virtual kb on the torch +0.5 as I didn't use it much
    Landscape on torch +1
Ability to use delete functions/reply in emails and text on torch +0.5
Larger screen on the torch for web surfing +1

Bold nfc +0.5 (might be higher when it gets rolling)
Bold keyboard +1 (I got used to it being smaller on the torch so it didn't bug me)
The bold is lighter and thinner +0.5
Sexy format +5! Its a damn good looking phone

That's my quick review. I have noticed several SOS's for my connection. I have never noticed that with the torch

Take into consideration that those SOS's may be caused by the leaked OS that you're running on the device. They're not official releases for a reason...
