Hello to everyone,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask or if this even an issue, but I just need some clarification. Just recently I upgraded the OS on my 9900.However, since then I have not been able to select any bands on my phone eg 2G/3G or 4G like I did before. It just states automatic or I have to manually searched for a network! Is this due to my OS upgrade or is this from my service provider? Also has anyone else experienced this and solutions?

I plan on downgrading to a 7.0 version tonight, just to make a check!I will post my findings....I figure if its still there, that will mean its my service provider.

I'm using OS7.1.0.746 and I do have the option to switch from H+, 2g or 3g/H+, pretty solid OS to boot.

So I just got gone done downgrading to OS version 7.0.0576 and like that I have options 2G and 3G/4G or 2G

It's your service provider.
There is only one fix, and you've already done it... downgrading your OS to one where you previously had those options.
