Default Need To Refresh To Original Settings For OS Install-How To Get Verizon Oringinal From Enterprise?

When installing latest update from Verizon it really messed up phone from wireless install. I can wipe but would rather get to original Verizon setting when bought. I am on Enterprise and want to go back. I did it once but forgot instructions.
Could someone please forward how to do?
    Thanks!

You can do a security wipe back to factory settings, via Options->Security, but then you'll need to reactivate with BES. What settings are messed up?

I'd strongly recommend you download the OS onto your PC from now on, and upgrade using Desktop. OTA is the worst way possible.

I know that way-but there is a way to get back to store bought.

That will restore the factory settings. You can't revert the OS to original, unless you know what OS it was, download it, install it on your PC, and then use Desktop to do an OS downgrade.

That is what I am going to do. Trying to find the way to get to store bought settings-then do it. I remember you deleted or added something either in desktop settings.

You can do the security wipe from Desktop. Click the ? At the top right. You will still have to reactivate BES, which is a PITA. Again I'll ask....... What settings are you trying to restore?
