I am new here. I feel really stupid for deleting the bluetooth pairing to my laptop. So under "paired devices" I deleted my pc and when I try to add it back with 'Add New Device' it will not show up! It's so strange.
I also recently updated the new OS which now has mobile hotspot, but I find the connection very spotty in comparison to Bluetooth. Does this some how conflict with the modem connecting via Bluetooth?? Please help.
If you deleted the profile on your BB, you should ALSO delete it on your pc and then create a new pairing.
BUT, since you did not provide any information about your PC ( os, etc .. ) and your device, it is NOT easy to give you a very specific answer ..
In some case, after an upgrade, you may have to delete ALL you bluetooth device on you BB ... and do the pairing again
