When I play a video the sound is coming through the ear hole & not the speaker. This happens on videos played off the internet & videos I recorded as well. The speaker phone works fine. I imagine I inadvertently changed something. Just need some help to figure it out.

wow... with so many new os is there a reason why you havent updated.. it might be a os glitch you have i suggest wiping your device and install a newer os

I've only had the phone a few weeks. Works great other than this one issue. What OS should i be running?

it depends which one works best for you but im on 7.1.0.746 is good and i recommend you load it
