    I posted this anew as similar posts were from 2009. When i got my 9930 the stupid My Verizon app worked. Since then I think I updated it or something because while the icon is still there, when I click on it it just keeps trying to load but nothing. Unfortunately I used to use this app a lot because I have a limited data plan and I need to keep it in check.

    I have deleted and reinstalled the app a few times and rebooted to no avail. Anyone else having this problem?

    I emailed Verizon. Who knows when they'll get back to me.

    I had issues as well. I deleted, and reinstalled using the Verizon tab in BlackBerry World. I hope this helps.
