    my device Verizon wireless has refused to boot. it tries to but stops about 75% to the end. it keeps going back and forth. I've tried reinstalling the software. also used bbsak. no show. I need help asap.

    Welcome to CrackBerry, I have removed your email address as protection. It does take a good 10 minutes for OS to load to home page stage, so give it time.
