Ok I updated my blackberry bold 9900 today but now I the only buttons that are working are the volume up and down, and the screen lock buttons the scrolling on the track pad still works but i can't do nothing else anyone out there can help.

Have you restarted your phone? How did you updated it? Via website? Via BBDesktop? Via by phone directly? Which OS you're running now?

Sometimes my 9900 decides to do things on its own such as the trackpad cutting out. Usually a reset solves that.

I downloaded the Os and use th desktop tool.

I had to use BBDesktop my servic provider done offer that type of update, they just want to know that you have a phone and usine there network that I akk they care about.

Well my keypad don't do that. I have to use the lock button to lock then unlock the phone befor I can use the keypad.

Before updating , was your phone working okay ?
