i have a 9900 that boots up and gets stuck at 75%. have tried loading os from desktop software but it keeps disconnecting. need help please

Maybe try a different download of the OS for the 9900...
Try a different USB port or USB cable....
Or try a different computer....

There were some BBOS tools that would allow you to nuke your device or clear the ROM.... might try that. But it could just be there is a hardware issue....

I have had this issue also, for me...it seems to depend on what apps I had on the device, if I removed the last one I installed, the problem went away BUT I have had to wait 10 minutes on occasion, when it was stuck at about 80% and eventually it does finish rebooting. I usually lost patience and pulled the battery if it jammed but the same would happen.
