I put my bold 9900 on charge last night, I've just woken up and it won't turn on! The trackpad lights up for a second but then goes and the red light comes on :/ now it's stuck on a loop! What do I do ?

You could try reloading the OS by plugging it into your PC/Mac with the latest desktop manager, when you plug it in click on update under device or click on application if you're using a mac and follow the prompts to choose what you want. If that fails then its a hardware issue, i'm just about to return my second 9900 very painful cos i love this phone even with the poor battery life its such a good phone when it works!

I never charge my bold 9900 at night because my first 2 phones were bricked because of doing this.

pull the battery. I had that happen once and a battery pull did the trick.

Did you upgrade the OS yet? Try it. If you can't update the OS then return it for replacement under warranty.
