Does the 9900 have an on screen dialer?

Not really. You can write the number on the keyboard and then hit the call button.
The Q10 has an onscreen dialer. Both phones work good, I think the 9900 is even better coz when you end a call you end it by pressing the button, whereas on the Q there is a little delay of half a second approximately (felt)
