On my device i turned on wifi...wifi icon is there on the top but the phone is still using mobile network for BIS when i checked it from service status...some days ago it was working fine and a bb sign used to come near wifi when it was connected but now theres just wifi sign..and on wifi diagnostics there is red cross on blackberry infrastructure connecting...pissed off with it...dont know what to do please help...thanks...
