I did a lot of searching and I couldn't find anything related to his issue. I had given my phone for repair to my service provider - Etisalat and they gave it to me back with more problems. My phone is on "3G and 2G" even when I select just 2G. Hence draining my battery!
Is there something I can do to fix this myself? Cuz I hate giving my phone back to them. They take a lot of time!

Idk how to help you but I wouldn't trust anyone repairing a phone. I'd try to file a claim and get a new one sent.
