MMS issue

My 9930 (Sprint) hasn't been able to receive picture messages since June 30, I can send them just fine. I have called Sprint & the CSR wasn't much help. I have also resent my service books. Does anyone have any other ideas how I may be able to fix this?

Sound like a carrier issue no a BB issue.

That's what I was thinking, however, would a reinstall of the OS perhaps resolve my problem?

I've been having the same problem, ever since Sprint changed to not keeping a copy of pictures on their server. Are you using an Airave? The last time I had a problem like this, it was mainly people using Airaves.

Upgrade the os to last,backup and wipe before that!I am sure it will help.....it is some os bug.

There is another solution-if you are using os 7-there is two service books mms config(witch is proper and allows you to send mms) and mms client witch is probably empty....that's why you can not receive mms. Use magic barry to fill mms client service book in!The settings must be the same as mms config!
