    Have you tried to hook your device up to device Mananger to see if the update is there?

    Some carriers also stop you from doing OTA updates so the Update option will not appear in settings.

    Just why not upgrade your OS instead on PC? and just if you wanna OTA just wipe your phone it should be available then.
