I cannot locate my options icon (wrench). I have looked in every folder, done several battery pulls, returned to the original theme, and done a search on the phone. I thought you could not delete this icon, but seemingly it has disappeared. I cannot access options either through the blackberry button or home screen. Help please!

Try to reinstall your os .
This should return everything to normal.

If Universal Search is on, start typing OPT.... and it should show Options. But I don't think that will help you locate it for future finding it.
