    Hi Guys,

    Is it just me or is the menu button on the 9900 a little stiff compared to the other buttons?

    Seems as stiff or not as stiff as the other ones.

    I'm sure it just hasn't been broken into yet, i felt the same way when i got my 9900 but now after heavily using the device, its working just fine

    YES! Mine too. I called Verizon last night and they are sending me a new one with free Saturday delivery. The button seems to have a much smaller "press zone" than the return key to the right of the track pad that is very light and crisp. I'll let you know what Saturday brings.
