Hello I am having an issue enabling Mass storage prompt on my new BB bold 9930. I got my phone last Thursday and when I connected the phone to my computer I was prompted to choose USB/Sync. I chose USB several times and put music onto the phone. However, today for no apparent reason when i plug my phone into my computer it goes directly to charging. The memory card is detected because the phone reads it, however i am no longer prompted to choose USB. I have researched this a bit and I have tried to enable Mass Strage on my phone, however when I go under options-device-storage i only have media card support and enable compression, both of which are checked. In the manual it says to click the BB button and the option to enable mass storage should be there but it is not. USB cable/port/sd mem have all been checked separately and are working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
