[CrackBerry Question]

I have backed up my phone for years with no problem as a user (open) click on the Blackberry desktop software icon. I saw the administrator back up icon, clicked on it to perform my backup a couple weeks ago. Now I have no customer ringtones and all my songs, and some of my pictures are missing also. I have tried to re-download an earlier version, or find the files, but have been unable to find them. I know they're in my computer somewhere. I've performed a partial import restore on some files, thinking they might be the ones I'm missing, but still no luck. Please let me know the extensions, files, etc where to get my phone where it was. What exactly happened when I backed up my phone as an administrator anyway?
