Hi,

I just got a new Bold 9900 and I am really like it. The only problem I've had is in the 2 weeks I've had it I've lost all sound on the phone 4 times. The speaker and microphone don't work at all until I do a battery pull.

I am on OS .267. What should I do?

Update to 7.1.0.342 or 7.1.0.402, it's a known issue on the older system softwares

I updated to 402 and the issue was still there. I believe I figured it out though. I think the problem is with the game Brain Cube. Anytime I leave the game open this happens.

I had this issue when I bought the phone.
After updating my OS, it never resurfaced yet.
Seems to be app + os conflict issue.
