Hi,

A collegue in my office damaged his 9900 and had to get it replaced. When we fired up the new phone, It asked to log into his BB ID, which of course he can't remember the password for. So I went to forgot password which brings you to the recovery question. The question is his daughters name, but the answer that he thought would be correct (daughter) did not work. He tried several other possible answers but gave up at attempt # 9 for obvious reasons. I tried to create a new Blackberry ID, but the email address is associated with another account (the account we cannot access). This is the only email address he has and uses.

Is there any way to fix this while keeping the same email address?
