I purchased an unlocked 9900 that is firmware branded Cincinnati Bell (now ATT I think). It's running 7.0 and I want to install the TMO 7.1 on this device. I have BBSAK and other tools and not having any luck doing so. Is there a way? Any help would be great. I have a valid TMO Simm installed and it is working as 4g (H+) on the TMO Network...
