I'm not sure if anyone can help me with this but suggestions would be appreciated. I got a 9900 yesterday (and love it), but when I used the change device wizard to upgrade from my 9800, the OS corrupted. I had to reinstall the OS (7.0.0.261) and that got everything working again. The problem is that I've had to do a clean install rather than an upgrade from my old Torch.
I use BES and Outlook. I managed to (non-wirelessly) sync all my old calendar entries from Outlook but I can't see any way of getting my old e-mails onto the 9900 from Outlook. The Exchange server will only download from here on and won't give me old e-mails.
Any suggestions? I could reload the OS and try an upgrade install again to get the old data off my 9800, but I would want to go down that route again unless there was no other way.
