I have a strange, persistent problem on my AT&T 9900. I use wi-fi at home and get all of my emails as they come in. But when I leave the house and the phone switches to the cellular network, it stops getting emails.

Sometimes simply hitting "Reconcile Now" does the trick. Sometimes I've had to reset the service books. Either way, it keeps happening. I leave the wi-fi network and stop getting emails, and when I return home and join the wi-fi network again, a flood of emails comes in that I missed.

I haven't looked every time, but I believe the 4 Blackberry dots stay lit up on the phone after I leave the house, so I'm staying connected to the BB server.

Anyone have any suggestions? Does this seem like a hardware or software issue? I've done a factory reset and it still happens. I'm thinking a full wipe and reinstall of software may be the next option.

Dang....I read that you've sent service books again, try to call your carrier. It might be an issue on their end.

It's been a few months and this is still happening, even after a full wipe and reinstall of the software.
