Yup, more noobage...
Okay this interests me because of several reasons.... I am a hopeless tinkerer, it's official and I love my phone! So here's my query... What is new in the update and how do I flash it? Can I use DM or does it need to be pushed/flashed via some other program? I figured if I was going to ask about the update I might as well ask how to flash it, sorry, I know it seems lazy but two birds one stone... you know the rest.
Also will this just update the OS or will it also install apps and or other forms of "bloatware". Curious to hear any benefits of updating to this Ver.

Is this an update link? My 9930 is brand new 5 days ago, and on the 4th day I began having problems with the "hourglass" so to speak. The response time is delayed for all number of small mindless tasks. The little black timer keeps popping up for no reason. Do I need this update and how do you update? I am having trouble finding people with the same complaint.

@M7Md909
You know how you update an os? delete vendor and if u use it bbsak?
Try to delete desktop manager from your pc and the installed os to. And go to program files, Common files, There is a map Research In Motion Delete that one. And if there is also an Research In Motion map in your Program Files map delete it there to! Run CCleaner. Restart your computer. Download desktop manager again. Install the os again. And delete the vendor.xml! If you use BBsak wipe your device or maybe you already did? Then start the loader and try again! - 09-07-2011, 01:44 AM #16

.353 has been the worst os leak for me yet. averaged about 8%/h idle and 11-13% light use. Reverted back to stock .261.
BTW i know its not my battery as i have tried it with 3 different batteries and i got ****ty battery in all 3 of them running .353.If you like what I say, don't be shy to hit that "Like" or "Thanks" button!
