Installed this OS & made 10 battery's pull to settle in the OS and fit battery management.
Great OS and great battery comsumption:
FB (refresh every 30 mins), Twitter with 2 accounts (refresh every 5 mins on both), Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Gtalk, tapatalk, Netdania, sugarsync, all 24h/24 7d/7 connected and running/refreshing with from average to regular use, 2h calls and 3 emails later, my BB bold lasted 48h in a row.
It could last a full week if I don't use it at all ^^

For these who can't update there phone although they deleted vendor files.

    1. Make back up of all conntacts and 3rd apps
    2. Disconnect BB 9900 from pc, pull out battery
    3. Download software from internet and install it
    4. Remove all Vendor files
    4. Find Loader.exe and run it ( Phone should be disconnected still )
    - 64-bit: Computer/C:/Program Files (x86)/Common Files/Research In Motion/AppLoader
    - 32-bit: Computer/C:/Program Files/Common Files/Research In Motion/AppLoader
    5. Connect you're Blacberry phone to PC without battery, on Loader.exe click Next and wait update is starting ( 7.1 )
    6. You will get error 507 on phone when Loader have finished his purpose, Then open DM and update phone ( guide: Blackberry.com/507 )

    What does it matter ?

You can install any carriers OS on your BB provided you delete the Vendor.xml files.

Any released OS will work in any Country and Network.

Once downloaded all you have to do is delete the Vendor.xml file (s) and it will load up.

Somewhere near the beginning of each new OS thread you will find an installation/troubleshooting guide by Elite 1 that is very helpful if you are unsure how to proceed.

It has being discontinued in these later versions only way is to download an older version of it and it will appear but you will loose some features like battery saver.
