    At times certain times certain keys in my keypad doesn't respond when clicked the first time. Could anyone shed light into this issue.

    Your keyboard might be getting old .
    Very easy to replace ( 10 / 15 mins. )
    Search for videos online .

    Well, I used to have the same issue in the past with my 99xx. When the issue you have occurred I would get a very thin piece of paper or card and stick it between the keys. Swiping from left to right, right to left. Doing this removed the excess dirt and dust collected by the keyboard.
