My keyboard's keys dont all type what they are supposed to the very first time clicking them; i would have to press the H key a thousand times before it would respond.

My trackpad works perfectly on the home screen, but as soon as i open an application such as BBM it stops working.

What should I do?! Help ASAP please!!!

Not sure if i should call or go to Rogers, if i should get the trackpad fixed, or if i should reset my phone.

Did this start suddenly ?

Do a search for replacing the keyboard .
Sometimes cleaning & reinstalling solves the problem .
( try this before ordering a new one )

Make sure you have updated the OS to latest version .

It started last week. I know a guy near me who can replace the keyboard and track pad if its needed, although i feel asif it is more of a software problem.

Do a wipe and update the OS before atempting anything else.
When you reinstall the OS try it without any apps.
If you see that it works install apps.1 at a time and test to see if everything is working.

How old is the phone?
