    I don't know if it's the phone or t mobile, but it keeps dropping the connection. I've pulled the battery/sim and turned all connections off and it works fine then it'll turn off again.

    I switched back to my Z10 and everything works, almost always have full bars or two. I really wanna use my Bold but it's really annoying some texts won't go through or it shows there's a text but nothing shows up.

    If anyone can help me out? Please and thank you.

    I'm just curious but when you went back to your 9900 did you call your carrier to put you back on the BIS plan if you were using the Z10 before that? Because those use 2 separate plans.

    I'm not talking about the Internet, in fact all my emails come in. I'm talking about the carrier network, it drops the signal. It also happens with my mom and brother. They also have the 9900; I'm the only one with a BlackBerry 10 device.

    Check what kind of Network Mode you have.... Also a OS update maybe needed.

    I had the same problem but with wifi. Found this and it resolved the issue: http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...0/#post7693529

    I was hesitant to open up the phone but when the signal dropped, "wifi calling" calls would drop. So I was pretty much willing to try anything.
    Just an idea, it might help, but research which contacts are for the cell radio antenna.
