I looked all over the internet for this problem and really didn't find anything. I had to erase the phone to factory settings and restore my phone from a previous log that was many months old.

Should I return the phone & get a new one because my device is defective?
Did I fix the problem & how can I prevent it from happening in the future?

I never had a problem with a blackberry but that white screen of death really turned me off from the device & has me strongly looking at the 4s iPhone product

Wipe the device with BBSAK and reload a recent OS via Apploader. You might as well get another one if your covered

I just wiped the phone & restored from my last save. Two months worth of stuff just plain gone, I'm f***ing tight!
