Ok so my screen went white and displayed 'JVM Error 517' with a reset button under it, i kept pressing that but it just kept happening again. I tried to connect it to my laptop to restore my device but my device won't turn on. What do i do?!
Please not, i'm no techno genius so i need help!

pull battery
run apploader.exe
when on pin screen put battery in, and quickly push next.
follow the prompts and reload your device.

i hope you had a back up.

i ran the loader and it said 'no action was needed' i'm still left with the same screen on my device

Yes, but only 30 minutes ago after my phone showed this error.
